Waffle Peach Oatmeal Cookies

One fine morning, I was feeling particularly waffle-y, so I busted out the wafflizer and tried to decide what could be waffled. Oatmeal cookies sounded, good, but I didn’t have a lot of the usual oatmeal cookie ingredients. I figured that just getting the oatmeal moist enough to be a doughy consistency would be sufficient to make an “Oatmeal Cookie” and the results were pretty solid!

For this waffle endeavor, I used:

1 Packet of Peaches and Cream Oatmeal (any kind of oatmeal works fine!)
1/4-1/3 Cup of Pineapple Orange Banana Juice (most types of juices will work well!)

I mixed the juice with the oatmeal, sprayed the wafflizer with nonstick spray, and put tablespoonfuls of the dough on the wafflizer. The wafflizer was then closed to let it work its magic for about 2 minutes. Then the cookies came out looking awesome!

Gave some to my roommates and they thought they were pretty awesome cookies 😀
